RV Adjustable Bed: Queen Doppelflex MX2 Synchronized to work together for Queen mattress. TWO-MOTOR ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM ( Two 29.5″ x 79.0″ Adjustable beds). To lift platform for storage access, cut back external frame 29.5 inches. (Platform hinge location is 29 inches from headboard). This results in 47 inch section of the lower external frame available to be screwed onto platform using four L-shape brackets for each adjustable bed.  This platform (with the adjustable beds and mattresses) can then be raised normally to access the storage area.

Two half Queen Adjustable beds placed on platform. Moved slats aside to arrange and locate the extension cords to connect the transformer which is placed inside the storage compartment.
Have screwed down the adjustable bed onto platform. Have installed the two side stoppers on each side and the foot stopper to keep the mattress in place. The two white boxes are the two transformers for the two motors.
Extension cable tapping the power from the 120 V outlets on the left and right of the bed. In the center of the bed is the wireless black receiver that is preinstalled by Axel Bloom and connected to the top of the motor (the dark grey box on the left of the bed; hidden under the slats). To synchronize the two half adjustable beds to work together, a black sync cable is connected to the two black receiver boxes for the left and right adjustable beds to monitor and control the two beds to work in sync.
Note that the side stopper location is about 1.5 inches from the side table so it will not scrape anything.
The foot section reaches over two inches from the end of the platform so the mattress is fully supported at the bottom.
Note that the Sync cable connecting the two black receiver boxes is placed over the TOP of the adjustable frames instead of under to prevent chafing of the cable.
Final resting position of the sync cable after placing back the slats.
Same process to snake the cables for the transformer and prevent chafing of cables.
The connector for the transformer is inserted to the lower section of the motor that resides under the slats (hidden by his left hand).
Connecting the connector to the motor.
Power cord connection to motor completed!
Note the space between the frames is about one inch so the two frames do not rub against each other and there is wiggle room for installation.
Ample space between the Foot of the platform and the chest of drawers when slider is in outward position.
Overall view of cables and bed before tidying up.
Slats have been placed back in place.
Testing the foot section when the slider is brought in. Note that the right cabinet position is forward from the remaining cabinets. To avoid scraping it, the foot stopper was moved to the left.
The mattress location is just correct. As the back is raised the mattress cover is soft and folds gently to pass by the window valence.
On the right side, the platform position is offset to the left so there is a larger air gap between the mattress and the window valence. So no interference issue here.
All done! The wireless controllers are on the bed. Ready to try out!
Here she is testing the bed for the first time! The is from the right side.
Another shot of her position from the left side.
Picture when the back is raised.
View when the slider is fully brought in. Perfect location so the mattress just stops before the stone top!
Here she is with her lovely dogs!
Bon Voyage Jenny!
