TWO CUSTOM UBERFLEX MX4 FOUR – MOTOR ADJUSTABLE BEDS, EACH 33 X 76 INCH. HINGE IS LOCATED 31 INCHES FROM HEADBOARD. CUT EXTERNAL FRAME 31.5 INCHES FROM THE BACK OF THE EXTERNAL FRAME SO PLATFORM CAN BE RAISED TO ACCESS THE STORAGE AREA.

Mark selected the 4-Motor Uberflex MX4 primarily because he wanted the maximum adjustability for his wife. This model has separate memory programmable motors to elevate the head, back, thigh and foot.The suspension is a hybrid combo of slats and firm and softer pods that can be swapped like a Lego set and each pod can be further adjusted for three firmness settings by rotating a red ring on the pod.

“Install of beds went great. Used an existing outlet in the storage area for power and cut a few holes in platform to store control boxes under the platform.
Fits great and was able to get 5 inch of additional space on the right side for my wife by cutting off part of platform.”
All complete. Note the side clearances of the mattresses from the side tables so the back can raised without interference. In addition, Mark cut-off part of the right side of the platform to provide more access for his wife to get into bed.
You can see the raised platform below. Mark located the two control boxes: one inside the storage area and the other on the left carpeted area. He then snaked the control cords through two holes made on the underside of the platform. He located a 120V power source in the storage compartment and hooked up the two control boxes to it. Each adjustable bed draws only 50W when operated.
