CUSTOM KING BED CONSISTING OF TWO CUSTOM HALF KING ADJUSTABLE BEDS THAT WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
ASSUME PLATFORM IS 68 X 79 INCH AIR GAP 1.5 INCH PLATFORM TO TABLE. HINGE LOCATION IS 33 INCHES FROM HEADBOARD. HEADBOARD IS 2.5 INCH THICK. TAKE AWAY 1 INCH IN WIDTH AND LENGTH SO NET FOOT PRINT IS 67 X 78 INCH. WILL MAKE TWO CUSTOM ADJUSTABLE BEDS APPROX 33 X 78 INCH. CUT BACK EXTERNAL FRAME APPROX 33 INCHES FROM THE BACK SO PLATFORM CAN BE NORMALLY LIFTED TO ACCESS STORAGE.
ADD 4 EXTRA DOUBLE SLATS FOR A TOTAL OF 10 DOUBLE SLATS PER EACH BED.
TWO STRAIGHT BACK OPTION SO HEAD AND BACK MOVE UP IN ONE MOTION .

TWO CUSTOM MEDIUM FIRM (TO COMFY) DW 800 MATTRESSES, EACH APPROX 36 X7 8 INCH.

The start! Customer had removed original mattress. We installed it for the customer at our warehouse in Carson, CA. in 2 hours.

Checking to see if there was an existing power outlet in the storage are. There was not so we tapped the outlet from the right side of the platform.

Placed both beds to arrange their location before screwing down the beds on the platform.

Note the 2 inch air gap between the adjustable bed and the side table. We want the space so when the bed is raised, the side stopper will not graze the side table.

Note 2 inch air gap and power outlet is tapped on the right for the transformers that are located on top of the platform (see later).

Removed the slats so the side stopper can be installed.
