Adjustable Bed: Custom King Doppelflex MX2 TWO-MOTOR ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM (29.5″ x 74.5″ – Custom RV Dimensions). To lift platform for storage access, cut back external frame 35.5 inches from the back and 2 inches from the front. (Platform hinge location is 36 inches from headboard). Extended head section 3 inches with custom section. Added six extra double slats to both adjustable systems as customer is tall. Flat Back option so the head and back adjustable sections move up together (instead of the default where the head section moves up first to 45 degrees position followed by the back section).

Both Adjustable sections raised. Head and back sections move together in one motion. Notice even when the back is raised, there is ample space between the top of the adjustable and the roof.

Top of right adjustable bed fits just against cabinet so customer decided not to screw on side stoppers for both sides.

Storage Access beneath platform: Foot is electrically raised. Note the inner side of the external frame is screwed onto the platform with an L-shaped bracket. There are four L-shaped brackets for each adjustable bed. This secures the adjustable bed and is sufficient to hold both adjustable beds and mattresses in place when the platform is raised for access to the Storage area beneath the platform.
